As a Sr. UX designer, I designed a navigation schema, product listing page, product description page, and checkout flow to create a frictionless online shopping experience.

Conducted user research to discover that most Kingstone Technology eCommerce visitors abandoned the site without purchasing because they struggled to locate desired items.

Redesigned information architecture, search, and filtering section to reduce product categories and align categories to user’s expectations.

Created new wireframes, high-quality mockups, and prototypes that made the product listing pages more engaging and the checkout flow seamlessly to increase purchase rate.
